Project scope, delivery dates, payment terms, intellectual-property ownership, maintenance, revisions, refunds, and cancellation conditions will be governed by the applicable project agreement. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will apply to that project.

Users and Clients in the UAE
Where you access or use the Website from the UAE, mandatory UAE federal and applicable emirate-level laws will continue to apply to you.
Unless a separate service agreement provides otherwise, these Terms remain governed by the laws of Pakistan. However, this provision does not exclude any mandatory protection, legal right, or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.
Contracts entered into through a UAE-registered Digital Code entity, if established, should identify that entity and specify the applicable UAE governing law, licensing authority, dispute-resolution procedure, and competent courts in the relevant service agreement.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written service agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website.
